Q: How many bartenders are included in a package?
A: Prices are for a single bartender with a potential bar assistant depending on event size. Events with 90+ guest require additional assistance.
Q: Are beverages included with package cost?
A: Per Michigan law it cannot be a cash bar and alcohol must be purchased in advance. Packages are for cost of service and prep.
Q: Can Torch assist with informing on brands and what to purchase?
A: Of course! After booking you'll have access to a comprehensive list of available cocktails and products to purchase for your party.
Q: Are mocktails available?
ALWAYS! All packages come with a variety of options for non-alcoholic beverages.
Q: Can drinks be self-serve?
A: Due to Michigan regulations guest may not serve themselves any alcoholic beverages.
Q: Do packages come with a bar set up and/or drinkware?
A: Packages can be adjusted to include disposable drink ware, specialized garnishes, and much more. If you do not have adequate space for a bar set up, a mobile bar can be provided.
Q: What do I need to book an event?
A: To secure your date, please provide your full name, location of the event, and phone number, along with event specifics to facilitate the preparation of a digital contract. Upon signing the agreement, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. For events scheduled within 30 days, full payment is due upon booking. Visit the contact page and complete the form with all necessary event details. We'll promptly follow up with further information and a personalized proposal.
